Antonio Rodriguez, CMC, president of Daniel Penn Associates, LLC, is a certified management consultant with 25 years consulting experience. He has successfully directed projects for large and medium size entities both public and private, national and international. His far-reaching experience and knowledge has saved clients millions of dollars by improving organizational effectiveness, productivity, customer responsiveness, outsourcing, quality, and labor management concepts. Mr. Rodriguez utilizes current methodologies in facilitation/team development, re-engineering and supply chain optimization, TQM, outsourcing evaluations, and productivity improvement.

Key to his success is his ability to get client personnel involved in the process and encourage progressive thinking so that effective change and organizational transformation can be attained. Working with clients, responsibilities include determining the level of consulting services needed through interviewing, pre-evaluation of operating practices, analyzing ROI and cost of doing business, and corporate strategic goals.
