Daniel Penn Receives 'MOBIS' Award from U.S. Government
Hartford, CT - May 23, 2005
The U.S. Government, through its General Services Administration
(GSA), has awarded a “MOBIS” contract to Daniel Penn Associates (DPA), a Hartford-based
management consulting firm. MOBIS is an acronym that stands for Management, Organizational
and Business Improvement Services. It is a Federal Supply Service schedule that allows
all government agencies, including state and local governments, to order consulting services
from Daniel Penn at pre-negotiated rates, terms and conditions.
“We’re extremely pleased with this award,” said Mr. Tony Rodriguez, DPA’s
President. “We have a great expertise and past performance record in supporting clients
with their operations improvement efforts and we look forward to bringing that talent to government
