DPA understands that a sustainable Lean transformation requires more than providing proven Lean tools and hoping for the best. So we developed a more structured process, LeanWise, to achieve greater speed, efficiency and effectiveness in leading and sustaining a Lean transformation.

What is LeanWise?

LeanWise delivers sustainable results by educating everyone in the organization about Lean processes and systems so each individual becomes engaged in and can takes ownership of the transformation. When the entire organization takes ownership of the Lean transformation, the entire business can improve by driving performance towards competitive advantage and creating a unique “ideal” state for that business. Ideal states vary from business to business, adapting to exploit strengths and overcome weaknesses.

The LeanWise assessment process is a business management discipline that presents a holistic, comprehensive view of the enterprise that encompasses strategic planning, organization, relationships, business processes, information, and operations.

DPA customizes each client’s Lean journey, beginning with a road map that includes critical milestones on the path to a successful Lean implementation. The milestones on the LeanWise path are Assess, Solve, Change, Measure and Sustain.
