Customer Requirements Assessment

A clear understanding of customers needs and expectations are essential to designing an effective supply chain network strategy. In this module, we either a) interview management to determine service requirements across a number of dimensions or, b) survey our client's customers and channel intermediaries to comprehensively and objectively determine their requirements and preferences.

In conducting a survey, DPA expert consultants identify survey participants, develop survey instruments, conduct interviews (personal visits, telephone and mail), analyze findings, and recommend supply chain improvements.
