Richard is a certified management consultant with over 33 years experience
specializing in operating systems for manufacturing and distribution companies. His

Steve has a broad range of experience participating in and leading projects to improve

Kenneth E. Golden, C.P.M., CPIM, Senior Consultant
Ken has served industry and government for more than 30 years as a manager and
consultant in the purchasing, manufacturing and systems fields. His experience includes
