Workshop & Train the Trainer

Based on our years of experience, we have developed several specialized programs that can be tailored to meet individual client needs.

The Consulting Process Workshop

This is a comprehensive 20-hour workshop for experienced internal and external consultants. We teach attendees about the consulting process based on a formal, defined methodology that we've found to produce the best results - in terms of accuracy, completeness and quality - in the least amount of time.

Participants will gain a thorough understanding of the consulting methodology and enhance their ability to:

		Understand and meet the client’s business needs;
		Write convincing proposals that clearly focus their individual expertise on the client’s problem;
		Eliminate unnecessary interviews and activities – the downfall of many consultants;
		Create and deliver structured reports that support their recommendations, are acceptable to the client, and lead to positive change; and
		Estimate and propose competitive fixed price an/or per diem contracts.

Train the Trainer

We offer a “train the trainer” program to compliment the courses offered in our Course Catalogue. The objective is to instruct future trainers to develop the knowledge base and curriculum presentation skills to deliver effective training to their own departments and employees. Train the Trainer courses consist of 16 classroom hours and can accommodate 12 - 15 attendees. Materials and certification fees (if applicable) are included unless otherwise noted in course descriptions.

Customized Training

All our course offerings are customized to develop curriculum tailored specifically to each client’s needs. Course specifics are defined as curriculum is developed.
