Daniel Penn Associates Selected As A Technical Assistance Consultant with the Oregon Health Authority
Hartford, Conn., September 28, 2021 — The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) has selected Daniel Penn Associates, LLC (DPA), along with its lead consultant Florence Gerber, as a contractor that will offer technical assistance consulting and subject matter expertise on a task order basis.
Under its master services agreement with OHA, DPA will offer consulting services to support behavioral health integration, incentive metrics, organizational development, improving health equity, oral health integration, primary care integration, health systems leadership, project management, public health integration, quality improvement science and value-based payment and payment strategies.
Florence Gerber, who serves as DPA lead consultant and is a resident of Portland, Oregon, has extensive experience working with OHA and other health and government organizations. Specializing in continuous quality and performance improvement, Gerber collaborates with leadership and creates a trusting dialogue with cross functional work groups where participants feel safe to share innovative ideas for improvements. With nearly 25 years of experience leading improvement projects, Florence Gerber uses evidence-based methods and techniques through facilitation, education and coaching.
