Daniel Penn Associates (DPA), LLC. is proud to announce that we have been selected as a prequalified service provider under the State of Michigan’s Statewide Operational Consulting Services Prequalification Program. This award, issued by the Michigan Department of Technology, Management & Budget—Central Procurement Services, allows DPA to support state agencies and MiDEAL members in improving operations, optimizing processes, and driving strategic improvements across government services.
Under this master contract, DPA will be eligible to respond to Tier-Two Statements of Work (SOWs) issued by State agencies in Michigan. Our services will include conducting operational assessments, identifying efficiency opportunities, facilitating strategic planning, and providing independent verification and validation (IV&V) and quality assurance (QA) services. We will also assist agencies in developing cost-benefit analyses, workforce strategies, and process improvement initiatives that align with Michigan’s operational goals.
